If you would like to make a return, please contact our customer service. To facilitate the process, remember to give us your order number, the list of products you wish to return, and the reason for returning them.

We will then email you a return label for you to return your items to us. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund.

Returns must be made within the stated time frames for returns upon receiving your order.

Any free product included in the order must be returned in case of a full order return, or the product's value will be deducted from the refund.
