The Dry Patch Relief Cream C92 is a high-tolerance treatment suitable for adults and children from the age of 3, as well as for pregnant and/or breastfeeding women.

It is suitable for all skin types and is particularly recommended for skin prone to psoriasis, which is subject to scaly plaque conditions.

The texture of the Dry Patch Relief Cream C92 is a rich and fluid emulsion that soothes and improves the appearance of flakes from the moment it's applied. It forms a light, non-sticky protective film.

Developed for skin with a weakened skin barrier, the Dry Patch Relief Cream C92 contains no petrochemical derivatives, silicones, or fragrances and uses ingredients known for their high tolerance.

Phytosterols 1%:
The sterols extracted from pine have anti-inflammatory properties and inhibit certain mediators of inflammation to reduce skin discomfort and promote the repair of the skin barrier. The skin becomes more supple, soothed, and less prone to itching.

Allantoin:
At high concentrations, allantoin acts as a gentle exfoliating agent, aiding in the shedding of dead skin cells on the skin's surface. By smoothing the skin's surface, allantoin helps reduce the appearance of scales associated with psoriasis. In addition to its keratolytic properties, allantoin has soothing and moisturizing properties.

Ceramide NP:
Ceramides NP are lipids naturally found in the skin that play a crucial role in maintaining the skin barrier function. Their nourishing and restorative properties help to repair a compromised skin barrier, reducing water loss and enhancing protection against external aggressors.

Relipidating complex:
A complex made up of 3 natural ingredients: shea butter, camelina oil, and calendula oil macerate. Rich in essential fatty acids, these active ingredients help regenerate the skin's hydrolipidic film by providing the skin with essential lipids that help rebuild the skin's intercellular cement and soothe feelings of discomfort.
