In accordance with current regulations, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to request the return of products*.

To facilitate the processing of your return, we need the following information:
Please note that if you return your order, all promotional or free products included in the order must also be returned. If any of these products are not returned, their value will be deducted from your refund.
Any items received that do not match the products declared in your return request will be considered non-compliant. No second return will be accepted, all items must be returned in full and in compliance with the original return request.
Return fees apply to each individual order.
Product condition
The legal right of withdrawal can only be exercised for products that have not been opened or used, and that can be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.
Products must be returned complete, in their original packaging and condition. We recommend placing serums back in their cardboard sleeves to ensure safe transport. You are responsible for the parcel until it is received.
Any product that is damaged, incomplete, or poorly packaged will be considered non-compliant and cannot be refunded. In the case of a non-compliant return, no refund will be issued and the parcel will not be sent back.
Next steps
Once you have made your returns request using one of our contact form, our team will send you a returns label by e-mail.
You can then return your order by dropping the parcel off at the post office, which will cost you 5.90 € (deducted from your final refund*). These return costs are applied according to the current rates charged by the carriers.
The parcel will be sent to our warehouse to be received, checked and then processed by our teams. If your return is in order, your refund will be processed as quickly as possible.
Please note that the returned products must also be part of the original parcel, and must not be the result of a previous claim. In this case, Customer Service will suggest a solution adapted to the situation.

*In some cases, refunds may be issued exclusively as store credit.
In other cases, you can choose between a refund to your original payment method or store credit. Once confirmed, your choice cannot be changed. All conditions regarding store credit refunds can be found here.
