Return more than one order
If you are returning multiple orders, please make a request for each order so that we can check that each order complies with the return policy and to avoid any confusion when receiving the products.
We invite you to send back the returned products by unique order number to ensure that they correspond to the right order and that they will not be considered as anomalies (excess products).
Please note that return fees will be applied for each order separately.
