I have not received my confirmation email

We invite you to check your spam, then make sure you've used the same e-mail address. If you're using express payment (Paypal, Apple Pay), you may have automatically entered other contact details.

If you can't find what you're looking for, you may have made a typing error. We therefore invite you to contact us with your full name used at the time of purchase, your delivery address and the date the order was taken, to enable us to search for your order.

In the event of debit without order confirmation, on payment platforms such as PayPal, we invite you to contact us with screenshots of the debit to facilitate our teams' research. The date of the debit and the email address linked to the PayPal account (the emails entered may differ from the emails in your Typology accounts) will be required.
