In this duo, you will find:
Scalp scrub PHA 5% + jojoba beads scalp scrub 100ml
This pre-shampoo exfoliating gel gently eliminates dead cells for a healthy and rebalanced scalp.
Volumising shampoo Almond protein 1% + biotin 200ml
Strengthens and coats the hair fibre to provide structure and volume to the hair. Hydrates and soothes the scalp.
How to apply this duo?
Scalp scrub PHA 5% + jojoba beads scalp scrub 100ml
Apply the exfoliating gel to a dry scalp. For proper application on the whole scalp, you can section your hair and apply it directly to the scalp with its precision tip.
Massage the scalp to exfoliate, then leave the product on for 5 to 10 minutes and rinse. Wash your hair with your usual shampoo.
Use once or twice a week.
This scrub can also be used to exfoliate the skin under the beard and prevent ingrown hairs.
Volumising shampoo Almond protein 1% + biotin 200ml
Distribute a dab of shampoo on wet hair and lather from roots to ends, then rinse thoroughly. Repeat a second time if necessary.
Tip: regular scalp massage stimulates blood microcirculation, oxygenates the scalp and thus stimulates hair growth.

I followed the advice to pair this scrub with the R12 shampoo. The two products undoubtedly work in symbiosis, but as far as the scrub is concerned, it's pretty effective at loosening the patches caused by dandruff and eczema (for my part, symptoms akin to seborrheic dermatitis over the last few years).
