DIRECTIONS
Our powder has been ground from dried turmeric roots belonging to the Zingiberaceae family, grown and harvested in Madagascar and India. Turmeric is native to southern Asia. It has been cultivated since ancient times in India, and its name comes from the Sankrit, kunkuma, "that which gives colour". It is traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. In phytotherapy, the plant can be infused in water to improve digestion.

Recognized anti-inflammatory, the oily macerate of arnica is frequently used in relaxing care to soothe muscles after sport or to prevent intense muscle activity. It also promotes blood circulation and is therefore recommended to soothe blows and bruises. The oily macerate of arnica is an excellent massage base.
