For the United Kingdom, European Union and Switzerland, and due to the containment policies currently in place, the delivery methods offered are:
- Tracked letter (for small packages).
- Home delivery in 3 to 4 days.
- Express delivery is also available in some countries

I Had to Leave My Home. Is It Possible to Change the Shipping Address for My Package?
If your package has already been shipped, it’s therefore currently being dispatched. We recommend you contact our customer service who will do their best to find a solution for you.
Are Deliveries outside of France Still Permitted?
Deliveries in Europe, USA and Canada will be maintained. Please note that the arrival may be longer than usual due to possible border controls.

Standard Delivery to the United Kingdom - £5.90 We offer free shipping on orders over £50 for Standard delivery.
Custom fees (over 135£) are not included in shipping fees.
European Union and Switzerland
Standard Delivery to the European Union - €5.90 We offer free shipping on orders over €50 for Standard delivery.
Shipping to Switzerland doesn't include custom fees.
Standard Delivery to the United States - $6.90 We offer free shipping on orders over $60 for Standard delivery
Rest of the World
Standard Delivery - €5.90 We offer free shipping on orders over €50 for Standard delivery.
Custom fees are not included in shipping fees
How Can I Track My Order?
When you place an order, an email will be sent to you containing your order summary and your tracking code. You can then go to your customer account and find the tab "My Orders" to follow the status of your delivery.
How Can I Access My Customer Account?
Create a customer account at any time by visiting this page. When you place an order on typology.com, you can also create an account and find your order history.
Next time you visit our site, simply sign in by re-entering your email and password by clicking on "connect", or by visiting the connection page.
I Want to Find My Previous Orders
You can log into your customer account at any time and access your order history. To obtain your invoice, choose the order you want and click on the "download" icon next to it.
I’m Having Issues Connecting to My Customer Account
If you can’t connect to your customer account but have placed an order, it’s possible that you have placed an order as a guest. Try creating a customer account on this page.
If that didn’t work, be sure to write to us so we can solve this for you.
Can I Preorder an Out of Stock Product?
Popular products that go out of stock are available for pre-order so you can ensure you get it when the product is back on sale.
When your basket contains a pre-order product, the entire basket will be delivered together after the last pre-order product becomes available.
My Bank Account Was Debited But I Haven’t Received a Confirmation Email

How Do I Return a Product?
You have 14 days to return a product starting from the arrival day of your package. Returned items must be unopened and undamaged.
To return a product, contact our customer service. We will then issue a return label from the same carrier as the shipment of your package. The cost of this label will be deducted from the refund. Once your return is verified and accepted, we’ll refund the payment within 14 days by bank transfer.
Are My Payments Secure?
Typology is affiliated with a secure payment system: Stripe.
This is an SSL-type security system, meaning all your bank data is safely protected. We don’t save your bank information.
