My package delivery is delayed, what should I do?

We make every effort to meet the announced delivery times. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, network congestion, etc.).

If your package is still in transit, we recommend waiting until it is delivered. You can also contact the carrier directly to obtain more precise information about its progress.

Please note: Tracking is not updated in real time. Tracking information depends on scans performed at each stage of the journey. Therefore, there may be several days without visible updates, even though the package is moving closer to its destination.
