How do store credits work?
Using Store Credits
- Store credits can be used to place orders online, including shipping costs.
- Each new credit allocation has its own expiration date. The first upcoming expiration date is displayed below your balance in your account.
- Store credits can only be applied during checkout. A checkbox in the payment section allows you to apply them, and it will be selected by default.
Returns and Refunds for Orders Paid with Store Credits
- Customers have 14 days from receiving an order to request a return.
- If the store credits used for the order expire during this 14-day window, they will be reinstated upon refund and will have a new validity period of 14 days from the refund date.
- Refunds for orders paid partially or fully with store credits will follow the payment method used:
- Store credits will be refunded as store credits.
- Any other payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal) will be refunded to the original payment method.
Legal Notes
- Store credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Store credits are linked to your Typology account and cannot be transferred to another account.
- Typology reserves the right to modify or discontinue the store credit system at any time and for any reason.
