L64 - Mark-Fading Serum

The combination of an exfoliating agent, in this case PHA, known for its resurfacing and unifying action, and a regenerating agent, centella asiatica, helps to gradually improve the appearance of post-acne scars.

    The texture of the Mark-Fading Serum L64 is a light, water-based gel that quickly absorbs into the skin without leaving a greasy or sticky finish.

  • A formula enriched with resurfacing agents

    PHA 14%:
    This polyhydroxy acid, also known as gluconolactone, provides a peeling action. It promotes the removal of dead skin cells and reduces the number of inflamed lesions caused by acne. The skin becomes smoother and more even-toned.

    Also recognized for its moisturizing properties, it captures and retains water in the epidermis, thereby reducing skin dryness.

    Centella asiatica:
    Known for helping to reshape the texture of marked skin, centella asiatica improves the density of the dermis. It reduces skin inflammations and soothes the skin.

    Licorice extract:
    Rich in glabridin, a molecule known for reducing melanin production, this active ingredient derived from licorice decreases hyperpigmentation of post-acne marks.

How to apply the Mark-Fading Serum L64?

Apply a drop of the Mark-Fading Serum L64 locally to the affected areas, only in the evening.

The reduction of post-acne marks will be noticeable after 6 to 8 weeks of use. A 15 ml bottle corresponds to an average of 4 to 6 weeks of use.

High-concentration PHA can lead to the formation of micro-crystals in the bottle, shake before use if necessary.

Who is the Mark-Fading Serum L64 for?

The Anti-Marks Serum L64 is suitable for skin with irregularities and post-acne marks. It will be effective in improving the appearance of superficial, closed, and shallow scars.

Is the serum suitable for pregnant or breast-feeding women?

To get rid of scars caused by pimples, should I use the PHA anti-scarring serum or the niacinamide unifying serum?

Pairing the anti-dark spot serum in the evening with the unifying serum in the morning is recommended. They complement each other to even out skin tone and reduce pigment scars from acne. The niacinamide serum targets redness from imperfections and can improve skin texture.

What is the pH of the serum?

The pH of the serum is between 3.8 and 4.5.

What's the difference between this serum and a serum containing alpha arbutin or tranexamic acid?

The active molecules work differently. Alpha arbutin serum reduces melanin synthesis, decreasing pigmentation spots and preventing new ones. The anti-mark serum exfoliates the skin, smoothing out irregularities and evening skin tone. They are complementary.

Is this product photosensitising?

To minimise risk, it is recommended to apply this product only in the evening.

Can the serum be used in combination with other skincare products (e.g. creams, serums, etc.)?

There are no contraindications to pairing this serum with other products. It can be used with all other face products.
