Macerated Oil

Our oil has been obtained from dried carrot roots, grown and harvested in France, macerated in organic sunflower oil.

  • How to use it

    Apply a few drops on a clean, dry face and neck in your morning and evening routines.

    Since botanical oils are sensitive to oxidation, we recommend you to store them away from heat and light in their airtight amber bottle.

  • Recyclable glass bottle

    Product includes a glass bottle, glass pipette and recyclable Polypropylene (PP) ring.

    The nitrile teat must be disposed of with your household rubbish.

What does this botanical oil do?

Rich in vitamin A and carotenoids, carrot macerate is a healthy glow giver. It gives skin a natural radiant complexion and revives its glow.

Carrot macerate has a high content of antioxidants and helps fight skin ageing.

This oil also protects the skin from dehydration thanks to its richness in linoleic acid.

When should the carrot oil macerate be used in relation to the serum, and how should it be applied?

The macerate should be used after the serum, preferably in the evening. A few drops can be applied directly to the hand and spread over the face.

Should the macerate be stored in the fridge?

Oily macerates are best stored at room temperature.

Is it acceptable to use this product at night as a substitute for a moisturiser?

Yes, it is acceptable.

What is the shelf life of the face oils before and after opening?

The shelf life is 12 months, both before and after opening.

Is it beneficial to use this oil on the face and body to prepare for sun exposure?

This oil can moisturise the skin and enhance tanning, but it does not protect against the sun's rays. Sun protection should be applied if exposure is expected.

Is this oil comedogenic, and can it be used on skin with pimples and blackheads?

Carrot oil macerate is not comedogenic.
