Avocado oil is suitable for all skin types. It's especially ideal for dry and sensitive skin types.

What is the method for using the oil to promote hair growth and enhance shine? Should it be applied to the lengths and ends?

The oil can be applied to the lengths and ends. For those with an oily scalp, it is advisable to avoid the scalp and focus on the lengths, rinsing after 15 minutes. For a dry scalp, the oil can be used as a scalp treatment, leaving it on for 15-30 minutes before rinsing. Additionally, the oil can be incorporated into do-it-yourself treatments, such as the Matcha Green Tea Mask to Strengthen Hair or the Strengthening Hair Oil with Argan Oil.

Could this oil be effective for stretch marks, and if not, which oil is recommended?

This oil is highly moisturising for the body. However, for reducing stretch marks, rose hip oil is recommended.

Is it possible to use the oil alone for body moisturisation, or is it necessary to combine it with a moisturiser or other cream?

The oil can be used on its own to moisturise dry skin.

    I bought my first order from typology for this oil as I occasionally use avocados for DIY hair and face masks and it gives such a nice result. I use this oil for hair masks, on my face at night and I add a few drops in my baths. An all round great oil- I use it in my hair, wrap a towel around it for a couple of hours and then rise it out and my hair is so shiny and healthly looking. My skin is really soft after bathing in it. At night I apply after my moisturiser or sometimes before and use it like a serum and massage it in with a facial roller. My skin feels great the next morning. I think heavy use of this would result in a breakout if you do not have dry skin like me, and I only use a small amount on my face because I will get some spots if I overdo it. I do really like this product.
