How to apply this duo?
R12 - Anti-Dandruff Treatment Shampoo 1% Piroctone Olamine + Jujube Extract - 200ml
Distribute a dab of shampoo on wet hair, lather from roots to ends, taking care to massage the scalp well. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat a second time if necessary.
R20 — Fortifying Conditioner 1% Amino Acids + Squalane - 200ml
Apply to washed, damp hair from mid-lengths to ends. Detangle hair using a comb or appropriate brush, then rinse.
Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water.

Best Conditioner for Shedding
About Fortifying Conditioner
I've been struggling with massive hair shedding/loss due to peri menopause. I know hormone replacement is not in the cards for me so I needed to find a safer, natural alternative to my shedding. I was a little skeptical because of how thin this conditioner is, but I carried on. I used this conditioner with the shampoo and in one wash my hair was transformed. I don't ever remember my hair being this soft. The first wash/condition I lost 160 strands of hair in the shower (yes I counted each strand 😐). The second it was down to 60 strands. Now I'm at a steady 20-30 each wash. I'm a tad OCD and know that normal shedding is 100 strands or less a DAY, not at one time.
