Retinol-like = Bakuchiol has similar effects to retinol without sharing any resemblance with the ingredient.

Solubility:
Lipophilic (soluble in fats)

Cosmetic properties:
ANTIOXIDANT: protects sebum from oxidizing and protects the skin against photoaging
ANTIINFLAMMATORY: inhibits the production of inflammatory molecules
ANTIBACTERIAL: particularly interesting against Propionibacterium Acnes bacteria involved in the appearance of pimples.
HYDRATING: stimulates the production of hyaluronic acid and aquaporin
ANTI-SEBORRHEIC: prevents the hyperactivity of the sebaceous glands
PREVENTS THE DEGRADATION OF COLLAGEN AND ELASTIN: facilitates skin repair
